Northwest Vintage Guitars found a rare Martin D Mahogany 09 in great shape with the original case. If you've never played one of these, you owe it to yourself. Martin utilized a vintage spec forward shifted Scalloped X bracing like they did back in the day. It's similar to the D18GE bracing, but the D Mahogany has a twist - all sustainably sourced solid European Spruce tops and braces mated with Certified Solid Mahogany Neck, Back and Sides. The result is a super light and balanced guitar with incredible warm and clear highs that balance nicely against the well defined low end a present mids. Very well balanced and excellent clarity. Only 93 of these Green Label 09's were produced.
