Trade-ins are an important part of the vintage guitar business and we always welcome in person trades. We are a business so the trade has to make sense for us, but we always do our best.
Each guitar is detuned, fretboard protected, headstock wrapped, and securely fixed inside the case or bag.. We use the Aeris air suspension packing system and have found this to be the best method by far. All guitars are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise stated.
Return Policy
Buy with confidence. We offer a 7 day money-back return on all used guitars purchased online. Our guitars are guaranteed and a full refund will be issued if not received in the condition it was described and pictured. We do allow “buy & try” preference returns and the buyer pays shipping charges. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. All in person sales are final. Please read our shop policies for more information. All our guitars are deep cleaned and have received a professional service and setup - an average of a $200 value. You will not get a filthy guitar from us. If you are particular about cosmetic appearance, please message us for more details. Additionally, all our guitars are shipped fully insured, and we will assist with any claims that may arise.
