Northwest Vintage Guitars brings you a great Greco GOB II Bass. These GOB Basses have tone for days. High quality materials, expert craftsmanship, and fantastic electronics. These were manufactured right alongside the Ibanez basses of thge day at the famed Fujigen factory in Japan. They feature a 3 piece maple neck with a rosewood fretboard and a dark stained resonant Ash body that looks like a million bucks.
The nut measures 1.67" and the first fret depth is .81" and it's .92" at the 12th fret on a very comfy C carve with moderate shoulder. The frets have very little wear and the Rosewood fretboard is wonderful. 34” scale. Plays great with low action, no dead spots, and very very little fretwear.
The PU-4B pickup covers all the basses from honky to rumbly with excellent clarity and warmth. It mesaures 17.1 ohms and possesses the clarity and warmth we'd associate with a P90. Very cool tone. Only 8.9 well balanced and very resonant pounds.
Comes safely packed and fully insured in the gig bag in the photos.
