Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a 1988 Martin 000-18 with a fresh refret and pro setup. It plays remarkably well and sounds like a proper vintage 000. There are not a lot of examples of the Martin 000 from this era and this one is a honey. The frets were worn down to the nubs when we got it for a good reason - it's a fantastic player with a great voice.
The nut measures 1.73", neck depth is .89"-1.04" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a Medium C profile. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. The professionally installed frets are Vintage Spec .085" Nickel Silver leveled and polished to perfection. The tuners are not original. They are the Schaller factory tuner bodies with Ebony buttons. Martin used Chrome or Nickel.

There is one professionally repaired and cleated back crack, much of the binding has been reglued. Comes safely packed in the original Martin HSC in the photos.
