Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a super cool 1999 Epiphone Rivoli bass in black.  These Semi-hollow bodied bass were manufactured in Korea at the Peerless factory from 1993-1999 and featured laminated Maple back and sides with a Maple neck and Rosewood fretboard.  You get one volume, one tone, and a "Choke" switch that selects different tone capacitor values.   It's a killer sound with tons of resonance and woodiness.  The Rivoli was used by many greats including John Entwistle, Jack Cassidy, Ronnie Lane, and Paul Samwell Smith among many many others.  It's a unique sound that every bassist should have on tap.

The nut measures 1.51", neck depth is .88"-.98" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively.  It's a very familiar medium C profile that's very accessible.  The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability.  32" Scale, 12" radius, 8.47 lbs.  The frets have been professionally leveled, dressed, and polished to perfection with no detectable play wear, low action, and spot on intonation.  Over $250 in professional luthier services performed.  There are a few scratches, dings, and dents as pictured.  It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing.  Comes safely packed and fully insured in the original hard shell case in the photos.
