Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a lovely 2008 Epiphone 58 Korina Explorer in 100% original condition and including a fitted padded gig bag for protection. The tonewood selection includes a Korina body and Korina set neck with a Rosewood fretboard. The Epiphone Alnico Humbuckers deliver plenty of PAF charm and tonality.
the neck carve is a modern C profile measuring .85"-.93" and feels great in the hand with a flatness up high that allows excellent access. The freshly polished frets show very little wear and it plays cleanly and easily on low action with perfect intonation. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. 8.5 lbs. No chips or flaws in the finish, would be excellent condition if not for the worn gold plating and faint polishing marks.
