Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a lovely 2014 Tokai Love Rock Plain Top Les Paul model LS-122 in Honey Burst and Made in Japan. And that's a Solid Maple top with bold grain and even though it's a plain top, it has a lot of chatoyance. It's mesmerizing. Tonewoods include a solid Mahogany body, a one piece mahogany neck, and a bound Rosewood fretboard with 21 frets. These gems get the Tokai MKII pickups and they are a wonderful PAF clone that has gained a lot of respect among players for it's faithful tone. 9.4 lbs.
The nut measures 1.74", neck depth is .91".99" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a healthy C carve like an R9. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are a few scratches, dings, and dents as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing. The frets have been leveled, crowned, and polished for an effortless playing experience. New nickel 10's are perfectly intonated. Comes safely packed in the gig bag in the photos.
