Northwest Vintage Guitars brings you a killer 2020 Gibson Les Paul 50's Standard Gold Top with the Seymour Duncan Slash APH-2 Alnico 2 pickups that are so warm and mid forward. They really respond well to a bit of natural overdrive. Hit the front of the amp hard and the mids bloom into creamy but edgy overdrive. The 50's Standard continues the traditional manufaturing techniques mastered decades before. You get a solid mahogany body, solid maple cap, mahogany one piece neck, and a dark Indian Rosewood fretboard.
The Vintage 50's chunky C neck profile fills the hand perfectly. The neck depth is .89"-.99" and there's moderate shoulder to allow great access and comfort. The 1.69" nut and Kluson Deluxe tuners are both tributes to the 50's specs. The neck is straight, the truss rod works as it should and is currently adjusted for optimum playability. No unwarranted buzzing or dead spots on fresh nickel 10-46 strings and pro setup here in our workshop. Comes safely packed in the original case in the photos and includes the thick leather strap with strap locks in the photos. No docs included. 9.4 lbs. Buckle rash as pictured.
