Northwest Vintage Guitars presents the coolest of the Greco Hofner copies of the 70's, the VB450. It features a Spruce body, 3-piece maple neck, a bound Rosewood fretboard with 22 vintge spec frets, and a pair of fantastic sounding Greco embossed pickups. The control center features a volume for each pickup, a 3 way pickup selector, a treble cut, and a bass cut. And it has the perfect hue of sunburst. It's 100% original and a 10 out of 10 coolness factor.
The nut measures 1.59", neck depth is .87"-1.01" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a nice medium D profile that feels vintage. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. The frets are wearing a fresh polish and have no issues. The pickups deliver a great variety of tones despite the absence of tone controls. It's a great mix of hollow body honk and detailed unpotted character. 5.3 lbs.
There are scattered dents and dings, scratches, binding deterioration all as pictured. No playability issues.
