Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a Teisco Imperial from the 60's in wonderful playing condition. It comes equipped with all the usual 60's accessories like the Bigsby-esque vibrato, slide switches, the mute feature with fresh foam, and the batwing pickguard. It's a true hollowbody with a set of iconic Teisco picups that deliver a spanky, sparkly tonality with mids full of hollowbody undertones.
It features the multi-ply laminate neck that has remained straight and true. There's no wonkiness, no high spots or dead zones. It plays cleanly up and down the neck on freshly crowned and polished frets. The nut measures 1.59", it's .89" deep at the 1st fret, .95" at the 10th on a comfy D carve. The truss rod works as it should with adjustment remaining in both directions and is currently set for optimum playability. Currently set up and intonated with a fresh set of 10-46 Nickel strings. Some non-original parts such as some screws and all 4 knobs as pictured.
Comes safely packed in the hard case missing a handle in the photos.
