Northwest Vintage Guitars brings you a modified Epiphone EJ-160E John Lennon signature model acoustic electric.  These beauties are some of the best values on the market.  Great tone and projection.  The stock pickup is there and an under saddle transducer pickup has been installed.  The stock pickup output is the stock jack on the lower bout.  The transducer output is the endpin output jack.   Both work as they should and both sound great in their own way.  Run a splitter and blend them for ultimate control.

This one comes with the original hard shell case, the owner's manual, case key, and the aforementioned installed under saddle pickup.

Epiphone manufacturer’s specs:

John Lennon Acoustic/Electric Guitar

The sound of this unassuming-looking instrument inspired legions of people to pick up an acoustic guitar. Capable of natural tones as well as some electric-driven jabs, this EJ-160 offers rich, welcoming, instantly-familiar sounds.

Patterned after the Gibson J-160E acoustic-electrics that were perennial Beatles workhorses, the signature model EJ-160E features an advanced dreadnought, sloped-shoulder body shape, solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides, a chunky solid mahogany neck and solid rosewood fingerboard and bridge. The impeccable fretboard is adorned with handsome trapezoid inlays that are common on many Gibsons and Epiphones. The EJ-160E's neck has the fat, rounded feel of many late-Fifties era Gibson electrics. A magnetic pickup is seated discreetly between the end of the guitar's fretboard and the sound hole, while volume and tone controls are located on the guitar's lower bout, as they would be on a standard electric guitar.
