Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a clean and vibey 1962 Fender Jazz Bass Reissue that's been converted to fretless and has a nice patina. The JB Single Pickups yield all the Jazz Bass tone one could want measuring 6.5k ohms at the neck and 6.6k ohms at the bridge. The frets have been removed, the fret slots filled, and we planed and leveled the fretboard for a proper fretless experience. Vintage appointments all the way around with the large base paddle tuners, vintage saddles, stamped steel bridge, and ground strap. There is a replaced Potentiometer.
The nut measures 1,51", neck depth is .80-1.0" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's an Oval C profile that most folks find agreeable. 34" scale, 7.25" scale, 9.87 lbs. Freshly strung with Ernie Ball Slinky Flatwounds. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are a few scratches, dings, and dents as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing. Comes safely packed and fully insured in the padded gig bag in the photos.
