Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a super clean Candy Apple Red Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass Model AJB made in Japan in 2010. These classy versions of the PJ variant pull off all the classic tones with style. The PB and JB Japan Single pickups deliver everything from room filling lows to that classic honk. It's a bound solid Basswood body, a Maple neck and a Rosewood fretboard with 20 medium frets. Comes with the original Fender branded padded gig bag with one working zipper.
The nut measures 1.50", neck depth is .81"-.95" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a classic Oval C profile. 34" scale, 7.25" radius, 9.06 lbs. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with 45-105 nickel strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are a few scratches, dings, and dents as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing. There is a chunk of binding and finish missing as shown in the photos. Comes safely packed and fully insured in the gig bag in the photos.
