Ikebe Music has some of the tastiest exclusives with Fender and this one is no exception. True to the vintage hue, the Burgundy Mist finish is a faithful recreation of a timeless classic. These feature the Fender Hybrid Custom voiced pickups that deliver a great blend of vintage and modern tones. They read 6.12 ohms at the neck, 6.04 middle, and 6.11 at the bridge, offering plenty of vintage spank and modern smoothness on command.
The nut measures 1.69", neck depth is .85"-.97" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a wonderful full C profile that really feels like a vintage 60's carve. 25.5" Scale, 9.5" radius, 7.3 lbs. The action is 1.5mm on the low E, 1.25mm on the high E with no buzzing and no fret outs with boomer bends in the dusty area. The striated and dark slab Rosewood fretboard is just what everyone is looking for. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are a few scratches, dings, and dents as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing.
