Northwest Vintage Guitars presents the J-Craft Standard Fender Jazz Bass. First appearing on page 22 of the 2010 Fender Japan Catalog, the J-Craft series was short lived and well loved during the short return of the MADE IN JAPAN text in bold caps. The tonewood selection consists of a resonant Basswood body, a Maple neck, and a Rosewood fretboard with a 7.25" vintage radius and 21 vintage spec freshly polished frets.
The nut measures 1.52", neck depth is .86"-.98" on an Oval C profile. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. Nicely set up with low action on new American made Nickel 45-105 strings. The Fender Japan JB Single coil pickups deliver all the tone you'll ever need and the original electronics function perfectly. 8.7 lbs, comes safely packed in the gig bag in the photos. There are scattered small dings, scuffs, and polishing marks as pictured but it remains in Very good + condition.
