Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a Custom color Lake Placed Blue Metallic Fender Jazz Bass model JB-45. This Made in Japan Standard Bass was a part of the "Craft Collection" of instruments and destined for the Japanese domestic market. It features a solid Basswood body, a Canadian Maple neck, and 20 vintage spec frets. This shade of LPB was exclusive to this model and it's very close to Aqamarine Metalic.
The nut measures 1.51", neck depth is .86"-.99" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's the Fender Oval C carve with accessible shoulders. 34" scale, 7.25" radius, and 8.9 lbs . The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. The frets exhibit only scant fret wear. There are a few scratches, dings, and dents as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing.
