Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a classy 2024 Fender Traditional II 60's Jazz Bass made in Japan and still with the protecto-plastic film on the pickguard. These Modern versions of the pre-CBS classics feature a U profile neck that very much like the profiles of the 60's. A Rosewood slab fretboard, solid Basswood body, Canadian Maple neck, and 19 narrow tall spec frets. The JB Vintage pickups read 7.3k ohms at the neck and 7.57k ohms at the bridge. Comes safely packed and fully insured in the gig bag in the photos.
The nut measures 1.8", neck depth is .80"-.96" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with NYXL D'Adarrio 45-105 nickel strings and perfect factory spec action at 2.0mm and 1.5mm. The frets have been polished and it received a pro setup. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are a few scratches and dings as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots.
