Northwest Vintage Guitars is proud to present an ST72 Vintage 1972 Reissue Strat in 3 tone sunburst and fantastic shape. This version of the ST72 features USA Vintage pickups, a Basswood body, and a Canadian Maple neck affixed via the 3 bolt Micro tilt plate.
It's a fairly accurate early 70's neck carve starting with a D and transitionint to a C. The nut measures 1.67", .84"-.96" on the fret depth. 6.1. 6.2, and 6.2 ohms from neck to bridge and they nail that classic Fender tone. There's barely any noticeable fretwear, the neck is straight and the truss rod works. No high spots or unwarranted buzzing. This is as close as you'll come to an actual 1972 Strat outside of the Custom Shop. 7.4 lbs. Comes safely packed in the gig bag in the photos.
