Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a very rare and very cool G&L USA F-100 Custom Creations #030 Special Build from 2007. The Custom Creations Department at G&L is a great creative outlet for their master builders and employees to design and build guitars of their own design. They limit this to 100 pieces per year and there are quite a few one-offs. This one came from a former employee who designed and built this during his time working for Leo. The nut measures 1.68", neck depth is .84"-.94" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a medium C profile neck that's a lot like the early 60's Fenders. It's a 25.5" scale and a 12" radius on an Ebony fretboard. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There's no detectable fret wear on polished frets and a fresh set of nickel 10's with a pro setup. 8.7 lbs, comes safely packed in the case in the photos. Mahogany body.
There are scattered faint scratches and small dings, but nothing major. It's in excellent playable condition with no issues. There is no COA, no Certificate, nothing except the hard case and Custom Creations polishing cloth in the photos. Tremolo arm is not original.
