Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a 2006 Gibson Les Paul Classic in Honeyburst. This is one of Gibson's best Les Pauls outside of the Custom Shop. It received a broken Headstock Repair, a deep cleaning, and a full fret level, dress, and crowning here in our workshop so it's ready to rock. These gems are loaded with the 496R and 500T humbuckers straight from the factory. These are a great combo with the neck reading 8.34k ohms and delivering great PAF style tones. The bridge reads 14.70k and isn't too bright like a lot of bridge humbuckers and can deliver great grit, smooth overdrive, and sustain for days. And it comes packed in the Gibson padded gig bag in the photos.
The nut measures 1.69", neck depth is .80"-.90" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a slim taper C profile. 24.75" scale, 10" radius, 9.63 lbs. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with D'Adarrio XL 10-46 nickel strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. The frets have been leveled, dressed, and polished. The headstock was a clean break and repaired here in our workshop by our on staff luthier. It's as solid as a rock. There are a few scratches, dings, and dents as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing. There is sticker tan on the back, the gig bag has one frozen zipper, the truss rod cover and jack plate are Gibson replacements.
