Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a super rare Gibson Thunderbird IV in Pelham Blue and including the OHSC.  These iterations of the T-Bird Bass feature the same neck through design and killer TBPlus pickups as their predecessors.  The neck pickup reads 9.12k ohms and the bridge reads 9.07k.  They deliver tons of defined, warn tone.   This one has a lot of genuine aging and weather checking giving it a lot of street cred.  The sticker on the face can easily be removed, but we like it so we left it.  Comes in the original Hard Case with the candy in the photos.

The nut measures 1.54", neck depth is .82"-.96" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively.   It's a medium C carve.  Freshly strung and accurately intonated with DR Strings 45-105 Black Beauties.  The frets have been leveled, crowned, and polished and there's a new bone nut.  34" scale, 12" radius, 9.1 lbs.  Action is very nice at 1.8 and 1.6mm.  The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability.   There are a few scratches, dings, and dents as pictured.  It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing.  Comes with non-original Dunlop strap locks.  The pickguard has a repaired crack.
