Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a vibey 1988 Greco TB75 Thunderbird bass in Tobacco Sunburst. These gems feature a Basswood body, a 3 piece Maple body, and a dark Rosewood fretboard. This one has some great sounding replacement pickups that read in the 9.2 ohms range and give a great deep and articulate tone. Comes safely packed in the softshell case in the photos.
The nut measures 1.7", neck depth is .82"-.95" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a comfy medium C profile. 33.25" scale, 10" radius, and 9.7 lbs. It plays cleanly on a set of accurately intonated Flatwounds and leveled and dressed frets. Action is low and clean at 1.7mm on the low E and 1.3 mm on the high E. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are a lot of scratches, dings, and dents as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing.
