Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a solid player grade K Yairi DY18 All Solid wood Dreadnought. It's basically a D-18 with the same overall specs; Solid Spruce Top, Solid Mahogany Back and Sides. She has brass bridge pins and a few crack repairs as pictured.
The nut measures 1.72", neck depth is .85"*1.02" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a Vintage V profile that's not too big. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. Action is at 2.7mm on the low E, 2.0 on the high E with good saddle height and rood to go either way. 25.5" Scale. Comes safely packed in the hard case in the photos.
Some Cracks were repaired prior to our ownership and they are solid but not aligned. No unrepaired cracks.
