Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a modded 1996 Peavey Wolfgang Special with the EVH D-Tuna and a cool DiMarzio Pickup mod. These super strat derivatives feature the EVH D-Tuna, a Basswood body, and a killer silky smooth hand rubbed urethane satin finish on the Canadian Maple neck. Eddie called all the shots when designing the Wolfgang so you get all the Eddie features like special treble bleed pots, direct to body mounted pickups, and a rock solid Tremolo system. Someone swapped in a Dimarzio Bridge pickup and an unbranded neck pickup that both sound great. The DiMarzio gives you all the VH tones you're looking for.
The nut measures 1.64", neck depth is .83"-.91" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a medium C profile. 25.5" Scale, 14" radius, 7.53 lbs. The neck is straight, the truss rod is sticky and tight but turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are a few scratches, dings, and dents as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing. Comes safely packed and fully insured in the original hard case in the photos.
