Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a super clean Tokai Love Rock Les Paul Standard with a flame Maple vaneer top. What a great Les Paul with accurate Alnico humbuckers that read 8.0k ohms at the neck and 8.14k ohms at the bridge. Great fit and finish in this Cherry Sunburst beauty. It's got a Basswood body, a long tenon maple neck, and a bound Rosewood fretboard. We're not sure if this is MIC or MIK, but it plays and sounds great and the pots look to be Korean. Comes safely packed and fully insured in the padded Tokai gig bag in the photos.
The nut measures 1.68", neck depth is .84"-.94" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a great medium C profile that most folks will agree with. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with D'Addario 10-46 nickel strings and low 4/64" - 3/64". The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. Pots appear to be Korean. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots.
