Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a 1980 Yamaha "Custom Shop" Grand Concert GC-7 hand crafted by Japan's legendary luthier, Hideyuki Ezaki. It features a Solid Spruce top and laminate back and sides. A very stable guitar.
This guitar is a great example of Hideyuki Ezaki’s expert craftsmanship. deep basses, clear but colorful trebles, all notes well separated, Very well balanced and impressive sustain. Guitar is loud and very responsive. IT IS TRULY GRAND CONCERT!

Currently internationally distributed Yamahas GC32 or GC32C are simply no match to this “old faithful” GC7 from 1980.
The nut measures 52 mm, neck depth is .87"-.97" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's an artfully hand crafted D profile that's well suited for classical guitar. Action is at a perfect 4mm with original saddle height. 650mm Scale, flat radius, 3.74 lbs. There is a finish separation the the heel cap as pictured, but the neck is stable and not moving. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing. Comes safely packed in the case in the photos.
