The Corsa Little dog with the Manalishi Split Bucker pickup hand wound and signed by Larry Corsa himself. It's a very early post prototype model with serial #009 and Larry signed it himself. What a cool guitar at only 6.25 perfectly balanced pounds with a very resonant chambered construction. Larry spec'd these with a Mahogany body and neck, a Maple cap, and an Indian Rosewood fretboard. And the ultra cool hard case has the Little Dog Logo and Corsa brand script silk screened to add a touch of class and elegance. It let's everyone know it's time for the Little Dog to bark!
The nut measures 1 11/16", neck depth is .81"-.91" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a very comfy and familiar medium C profile. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. It's a 24 5/8" scale with a 12" fretboard radius. 1V, 1T, both are push pulls for coil split and tone shaping. There are faint scratches and polishing marks that are very hard to see and photograph. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing.
