Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a super rare and very clean CF Mountain ES-175 by Yazuo Mamose in the mid seventies.  Yazuo Momose built his well deserved reputation on building high end acoustic guitars and founding Deviser and Headway guitars in Japan.  His name can now be found on Momose guitars - some of the highest quality electric solid body guitars coming out of Japan.  In his early years he oversaw production and design of the CF Mountain Acoustic guitars of the 70's.  And very very few electrics were produced.  This is one of those very rare examples.  And it's fantastic.  Wonderfully clean and clear humbuckers that read 6.3k ohms at the neck and 6.7 at the bridge.

The nut measures 1.68", neck depth is ,81"-.96" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively.  It's a wonderful tapered C carve.  24.75" scale, 12" radius, 6.39 lbs.  Freshly strung and accurately intonated with Flatwound 11's and action at 1.75mm and 1.25mm.  The frets have been leveled, crowned, and polished for a lovely playing experience.  New bone nut.  The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability.  There are a few faint scratches and polishing marks as pictured.  It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing.  Comes safely packed and fully insured in the hard case in the photos.
