Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a super clean Fender Hybrid 50's Telecaster in Butterscotch Blonde and featuring the amazing USA Vintage '58 Single Coil pickups. These are our favorite pickups and Fender only put them in this Fender Japan model for a few years - now you can get them in the Custom Shop offerings. It has a lightweight Ash body, a wonderful U neck profile with a smooth Urethane finish, and weighs only 7.18 lbs. 25.5" scale, 9.5" radius, Vintage spec frets. It's one of the best Telecasters you can get for the money. Comes safely packed and fully insured in the padded gig bag in the photos.
The nut measures 1.67", neck depth is .90"-.97" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a nice full U carve that feels like an old vintage Tele. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with 10-46 nickel strings and low action. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are a few scratches and dings as pictured. There is a finish fill on the upper bout as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots.
