Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a killer 1957 Stratocaster Reissue model ST57-650 from Fender Japan in 1990. It's a Fujigen built piece with a solid Alder body, Canadian Maple neck, and vintage appointments all the way around including the famous USA Vintage pickups, stamped steel saddles, Kluson style tuners, and 21 vintage spec narrow tall frets. And let us point out that the build date is 4-20-1990 just to get that out there.
The nut measures 1.67", neck depth is .84"-.96" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's an Oval C carve that fits the hand nicely. 25.5" scale, 7.25" radius, 1V, 2T, and a 3 way switch. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are a few scratches, dings, and dents as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing, polished frets and a fresh set of D'addario XT 10's. There's some added shielding and an added shielded lead to the output jack. This is a fret playing and sounding Strat that needs nothing. No disappointments. 7.7 lbs, comes safely packed in a gig bag.
