Yamano and Gibson had an exclusive distribution arrangement and Yamano was able to order custom spec models and hand select woods and materials. Think of them as the Wildwood of Japan. This beauty has just enough patina to pass as an NOS Custom Shop. And the P90 is a monster. Those of you in the know can attest that not all P90's are the same - and this one is one of the best reading a healthy 8.35k ohms and bringing forth all the P90 goodness. The nut measures 1.73", neck depth is .93"-1.03" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a fantastic chunky C 50's profile that poeple love. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with D'Addario XL 10-46 Nickel strings and low factory spec 4/64"-3/64" action. The frets are level and polished, the fretboard is clean and conditioned. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are a few scratches and dings as pictured.
