Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a Greco EGC68-80 Les Paul Custom from their Mint Collection and featuring the Double Trick Humbuckers. These pickups are more of a PAF tonality reading 7.21k ohms at the neck and 7.48 at the bridge. Very clear and expressive with great dynamics. It's a rare model with yellowed binding from the factory and a long neck tenon. The original pickup bezels have been repaired and there's a binding repair on the headstock. It's a toneful machine.
The nut measures 1.73", neck depth is .83"-.88" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a Medium C profile most folks find agreeable. 24.75" scale, 12" radius, 9.4 lbs. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with D'Addario XL 10-46 nickel strings and a pro setup. The frets have been leveled, crowned and polished and it plays great on low low action. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are a few scratches, dings, and dents as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing. Comes safely packed and fully insured in the gig bag in the photos.
