Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a killer Greco Les Paul Super Power Series Model EG500S with the Maxon U2000 pickups. These are the PAF voiced pickups Maxon made in the early days and chased the sound ever since. Great LP Tones with depth, clarity, and breadth. The neck pickup reads 7.6k ohms, the bridge is at 7.7k ohms and they sound like a Les Paul. It's a great piece of kit at only 8.4 lbs and chambered construction.
The nut measures 1.71", neck depth is .80"-.90" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a medium taper C carve that most folks find agreeable. 24.75" scale, 10" radius, 8.4 lbs. The frets have been leveled, crowned and polished for a great playing experience. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with D'Adarrio 10-46 nickel strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are a few scratches, dings, and dents as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing. Comes safely packed and fully insured in the gig bag in the photos.
