It's very clean with no discernable play wear and includes the original warranty card and Gretsch Hard case in the photos. It's the complete package and you won't be disappointed. This version of the Tennessee Rose features the Hi-Lo 'Tron pickups that Chet Atkins favored for their clean and clear low wind output. The neck reads 3.57k ohms while the bridge dials in at 4.01k. It's all original and in near mint condition.
The nut measures 1.68", neck depth is .81"-1.08" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a comfy C profile that is very accessible. 24.75" scale, 10" radius, 6.87 lbs. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with D'Adarrio XL 10-46 nickel strings. Action is set low at 4/64" and 3/64" and it plays cleanly. The frets have been leveled, crowned and polished and the bridge has been pinned so it doesn't move around when you get feisty. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are a few polishing marks and dings as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots.
