Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a rare and clean Ibanez RG2670X-GK in Galaxy Black that was crafted by Fujigen's Ibanez J-Craft team in 2008. The Galaxy Black variant was produced only in 2008-2009 and this one is in fantastic condition showing only slight pick mark swirling that's very difficult to show in photos. It features a resonant and light Basswood body, a Maple and Walnut Wizard neck with 24 frets, and shark tooth fret markers. Comes stock with the DiMarzio IBZ HSH pickups and the Edge Zero double locking tremolo. 1 Volume, 1 Tone, and a 5 way switch. 25.5" scale, 15" radius, 7.86 lbs. Comes safely packed and fully insured in the original J-Craft Ibanez case and all the case candy and tools.
The nut measures 1.70", neck depth is .76"-.81" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's the Wizard D shaped profile that shredders love. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with D'Addario XL 10-46 nickel strings and low factory spec action. The frets are level and polished, the fretboard is clean and conditioned. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. It is in excellent playable condition with no dead spots. Foam has been added under the middle pickup for stability.
