Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a "paint it yourself" Kramer 5150 Banana non-tilt headstock with the early spec Seymour Duncan DCJ Humbucker and the "Made in Germany" Floyd Rose tremolo system. There's a no serial neck plate which indicates this could be an early MIJ Kramer made in the Eddie Style. Definitely a DIY paint job that's not badly done with a little orange peel but well adhered and crisp lines. The DCJ Seymour Duncan Humbucker is an early style that reads 13.42 ohms and sounds great. The frets have been leveled, dressed, and polished for an outstanding playing experience.
The nut measures 1.69", neck depth is .83"-1.09" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a D profile that's real sweer. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. Action is at 4/64" and 3/64" and plays cleanly on a fresh set of Ernie Ball nickel slinkys 10-46. There are a few scratches, paint orange peel as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing. Comes safely packed in the padded gig bag in the photos.
