Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a great OMI Dobro model S1 with the original hardshell case and the case candy. It's a lesser known model with a Mahogany top , back , sides and neck. Nice smaller body measuring 14" across the lower bout with about a 10.5" cone.
The nut measures 1.89", neck depth is .95"-1.14: at the 1st and 9th frets respectively. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is up at .018" and the truss rod is tight but still has room to turn either way. She plays well with action at 2.1mm on the low E and 1.6mm on the high E. It can easily be raised or lowered by a qualified technician. No rattles, buzzes or wolf tones from the cone.
There are a few scattered small dings and scratches as shown but it remains in great playable condition. Comes safely packed in the original hardshell case in the photos with the warranty card and case key. A nice complete package.
