Northwest Vintage Guitars brings you an unusual example of a lawsuit era Jazz Bass from Tomson.  These were made at the Kiso Suzuki violin Company in the 70's and they feature a thin Parawood Ply body and a Maple neck with 70's Fender Jazz specs.  The pickups are original and everything works as it should.  Punchy J Bass sound that is really nice.  It has a substantial neck starting at .90" and growing to .95" at the 12th fret.  It's a chunky C profile that feels great in the hand.

This one sets up good with medium action and plays mostly clean up the fretboard.  There is a couple shims added and it sets up with proper relief and the truss rod has adjustability both directions.
