Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a unique and uncommon Burny Les Paul Custom Lite type model.  The Pot Codes date to 1989 and the hardware and specs are consistent with Made in Japan Burnys in the late 80's.    As with most Burnys, there is no serial number.  The body is a one piece Mahogany slab with a Maple cap.  You get the posts directly into the top - ABR-1 style.  The 5 ply binding, the tonewood selections, and the gold hardware all add a touch of class.

It's a 24 3/4" scale, about a 12" radius, and a 1.74" nut.  The nut is not original.  Neck depth is .86"-.98" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively.  Medium C profile with a bit of taper.  The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability.  There are some shallow divots and wear on the frets but they play cleanly on a fresh set of nickel 10s.  7.5 lbs.

The unmarked covered VH3 pickups are two wire gold bottom as pitured.  They read 7.92 ohms at the neck, 7.95 ohm at the bridge.  The look, readings, and two wire lead are within the VH1 specifications and they do sound very clear with a PAF tonality.

Comes safely packed in the hard case in the photos.  There are scattered nicks, dings, pick marks, etc as pictured.   The photos are part of the description.
