Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a mean and clean 1993 Fender Custom Edition Lightweight Ash Stratocaster model STR-120DM made by Fujigen in Japan and featuring DiMarzio Pickups and an Original Floyd Rose Locking Tremolo system. These were the top of the line modern Strats of their time. The Lightweight Ash body is finished in a striking Matte Walnut Stain and there's even a matching headstock to boot. The High output DiMarzio USA Humbuckers read 25.9k ohms and put out a lot of power with warm punchy mids and a very defined bottom end. The Hotrod H2 single coil is very strat like and reads 6.9k ohms. Together, this pickup combo gives you a wide of array of tones.
The nut measures 1.68", neck depth is .86"-.92" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a consistent C profile that most folks will dig. 25.5" scale, 14" radius, 8.6 lbs. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with D'Adarrio 10-46 nickel strings and plays cleanly on low action. The frets have been leveled, dressed and polished and it has received a full professional setup. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are very few scratches and dings as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing. Comes safely packed and fully insured in the padded Gig Bag in the photos. The Trem Arm is a Floyd Rose replacement. The knobs are new replacements.
