G&L commissioned the Premium series of products to be crafted in Japan using only the best materials, expert craftsmanship, and USA electronics. They are top notch all the way around. Solid Ash body, Maple neck, and a Rosewood fretboard. 34" scale, 20" radius, 9.61 lbs. The MFD pickups are passive with an active EQ. Comes with the original warranty card and packed safely in the original gig bag.
The nut measures 1.91", neck depth is .88"-1.01" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a flat D profile. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with Nickel 45-130 round wounds and low 1.8mm-1.6mm action. Professionally set up and deep cleaned here in our shop by our bass playing Luthier. The frets are polished and the fretboard is clean and conditioned. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There was the typical tuner hole crack that our luthier shored up and it's solid as a rock. There are very few scratches and dings as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots.
