Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a near mint 1990 Greco ES-175 Style FA-80 with a lovely Sunburst finish. The FA-80 was Greco's answer to Gibson's very expensive ES-175 and it compares favorably with almost identical specs and materials. It features a Maple Laminate top, back and sides, a one piece Mahogany neck and a dark Rosewood fretboard. This one shows very very little play wear and the frets are in excellent condition. Greco used a pair of proprietary Humbuckers that meter in the 7.2k ohms range. 24.75" scale, 9.5" radius, only 6.74 lbs. It comes safely packed and fully insured in the non-original hard case in the photos.
The nut measures 1.67", neck depth is .80"-.91" at the 1st and 10th frets respectively. It's a nice comfy C profile neck carve. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with 11-50 nickel flat wounds and accurate intonation and factory spec 4/64"-3/64" action. The frets have no divots, are freshly dressed, and the fretboard is clean and conditioned. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. It is in excellent playable condition with no dead spots.
