Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a rare Greco ES335 style Semi-Hollow model SA700WA with a wonderful walnut stain and the vaunted U2000 Humbuckers. These don't come around very often and when they do they go fast. Crafted in Japan at the Fujigen factory in 1978. 24.75" scale, 9.5" radius, 8.26 lbs. Our luthier re-set the neck and did some finish fills in that area. A new mortise and tenon was crafted to ensure a properly strong neck joint. Comes safely packed and fully insured in the heavily padded gig bag in the photos.
The nut measures 1.72", neck depth is .82"-.92" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a comfortable C profile. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with 10-46 nickel strings and low factory spec action at 4/64"-3/64". The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. The frets are level and the fretboard is clean and conditioned. There are a few scratches and dings as pictured. The binding is cracked and deteriorating in areas as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots.
