Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a Martin Licensed Tokai Cats Eye CE-250 Dreadnought from 1982.  Martin licensed these D-28 blueprint dreadnoughts for production by Tokai in Japan during the time they were producing the Sigma guitars.  It's a Spruce top, Rosewood back and sides, and a bound Mahogany neck.  These are extremely resilient guitars with the all laminate construction and top notch craftsmanship.   25.35" scale, 16" radius, 4.35 lbs.  Comes safely packed and fully insured in the Washburn hard case in the photos.

The nut measures 1.72", neck depth is .91"-1.02" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively.  It's advertised as a "59 C profile and it's definitely along those lines.  Freshly strung with D'Addario 12-53 bronze strings.  The frets are level and polished, the fretboard is clean and conditioned.  Action is at 6/64"-4/64" with enough saddle height to lower if desired.  The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability.  There are a few scratches and dings as pictured.  It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots.  There is one replaced tuner as pictured.
