Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a lovely Ash body Mosrite "The Ventures" model VMG900S with the original case and including some case candy to boot. These Kurokumo era Mosrites are thought to be some of the best ever made with excellent craftsmanship and carefully selected and dried premium woods. This model features the lower output pickups that meter in the 6.1k ohms range and deliver tons of Mosrite charm. 24.5" scale, 20" radius, 9.11 lbs. Comes safely packed and fully insured in the original Mosrite case in the photos.
The nut measures 1.56", neck depth is .80"-.87" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively. It's a very svelte Mosrite D profile. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with D'Addario 9-42 nickel strings and low 4/64" factory spec action. The frets are polished and the fretboard is clean and conditioned. The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability. There are a few scratches and dings as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots.
