Our Master Luthier performed a neck reset, repaired a back crack and a side crack and it's as solid as a rock and ready to serve the next owner for decades. It's light and resonant - definitely a "good one." 25.4" scale, 12" radius, 4.33 lbs. Notes bloom with great resonance. Comes safely packed and fully insured in the original hard case shown in the photos.
The nut measures 1.73", neck depth is .85"-1.1" at the 1st and 10th frets respectively. It's a wonderful soft V profile that Martin fans are looking for. Freshly strung and accurately intonated with D'Addario Bronze 12-53 strings and perfect factory spec 5/64"-3/64" action. It plays cleanly with no issues. The neck is straight and the relief offers optimum playability. The frets are level, crowned, and polished and the fretboard is cleaned and conditioned. There is plenty of saddle height at 8/64" (1/8") to go lower if desired. There are scratches, weather checking and dings as pictured. It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots.
